Founding Director
John founded JLCC in 2019, after spending his earlier career working for a leading main contractor and lately at a London consultancy practice.
Years of experience in procurement, all aspects of construction, and managing designers, contractors and suppliers makes him the best person to lead on project management. His granular focus combined with an ability to see the whole picture means he can identify issues and help clients make informed decisions. His advice is always easy to digest, even the most complex topics are explained simply.
John is not only directly involved with clients and projects, but also manages the JLCC team and the strategic direction of the business.

Drawing on his extensive experience working for several major Tier 1 contractors in the UK, Tom has developed a deep, practical insight into the complexities of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.
His thorough understanding of technical details and contractual mechanisms means he never accepts things at face value; instead, he rigorously challenges assumptions, scrutinises every aspect, and consistently advocates for the highest levels of value, quality, and commercial outcomes on behalf of his clients.
Tom leads the Cost Consultancy and Quantity Surveying functions within the business, ensuring hands-on expertise and strategic oversight across all assignments.
