Works also include the redesign of mezzanine-level meeting spaces and the executive lounge, a full renovation of the main entrance foyer, and the upgrading of gym and studio facilities. In addition, the scheme involves the remodelling of back-of-house areas to enhance functionality and operational efficiency.
